Well, of course he does! Willie used to have a big say as to who filled Kamala's beaver, so naturally, he now wants a say in who takes her place as a senator from Kalifornia.

If presumed Vice President-elect Kamala Harris ends up being Vice President Kamala Harris in January, California’s gonna need someone to fill her Timberlands in January.
