All builders look like that. I suspect it's a toolbelt.

Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months

Really nice, DE!

The steps going up from the driveway to the front door - do you plan on bringing up furniture, either your own or new stuff?

Put a railing on one side, not both. Have them sink the railing into the ground and pour cement. It will be firm enough so you can grab onto it in the snow. Don't do it on both sides, as furniture is bulky and you don't want to have to remove one side of railing. It costs a lot more to do this later, should you decide that's what you want.

Just a suggestion from someone who's been there, done that.

Step-in shower, shower sprayer and built - in fold down seat, yes, in the shower.

Don't listen to me.

But I hope you think of this when you break your ankle, ooops didn't mean that literally.

Lovely location, beautiful scenery.

The builder in the maroon shirt has a cupcake stomach.

..........or a huge beer belly!
