Well, I survived yesterday's food fest and prior to that some time devoted to some Bible study that acknowledges the ONE (and only) who provides our every ned, El Shaddai , which means God of provision or The Provider of ALL my needs.
We have what we have because of HIM alone. We have exactly all we need and then some..
If we become a conduit for money to pass through us and be ued to further the Gospel, meet the needs of those who are in need and spread the Word that in Jesus alone is Salvation, God will bless that work..
Ask JM Smucker or Mr. Kraft. JC Penny was another who used his company's proits to farther the Gospel of Christ around the world and meet desperate food and medical nees of destitute people, all of whom are made in the image of God, as we are.
I am eternally grateful and indebted to the Lord Jesus for the salvation HE provided to me and and peace that He gives. "HE is the Vine. We are the banches. Without HIM we can do nothing.
So in this spirit of Thanksgiving unto the ONE who Provides EVERYTHING to us, I want to say publicly and unashamedly, THANK YOU Lord Jesus and I am not ashamed to profess your name before men..
This morning we are off to some sales of actual things my wife says she needs.. Her sister is here with us and she too is doing same thing with us.
I am somewhat in a predicament because of my limited time I can be on my feet due to my spinal problems. Perhaps it may be best if I stayed home.
ANYWAY, hope everyone enjoys this day the Lord has made and rejoice and be glad in it! He made it for us to enjoy!
