MOST cases brought to the SCOTUS never get decided there. In fact, very few are taken by the Jusdges and decided there.
The good news is that how a case gets accepted to be heard there is by vote of all the Justices. A majority decides.

One would have to believe that the conservative Justices will vote in favor of hearing the election fraud and criminality cases being brought... Of course, Roberts will betray the Conservatives yet again and vote with radical socialista justices. They are not there to exercise the LAWS. They are there only to attempt to project forward the radical liberal agendas whenever they get the chance...

Lawless or not...

I "think" that the election is going to be heard at the SCOTUS and hopefully remanded back to the legislature of the States..

The vote is too far corrupted for anyone in their right mind to have ANY confidence in it and from now on we will ALL be skeptical of eletion results going forward.

The dems have succeeed in making us a competitor with Venezuela on stealing elections...

IF TRUIMP gets returned to the White House in the end, EVERYONE involved in THEFT of an eletion from the TOP all the way down to the bottom whould be fully prosecuted to the maximum and while they will not do it, ALL should be summarily HANGED for treason...

This is only way anyone will ever have any faith or confidence in a fair election in the U.S. again.. imo..
