I am always so amazed at how the Democrats, supposedly of The Party of "Science," absolutely do NOT understand the Internet, at all. They constantly prove that they fervently believe that they can say ANYTHING publicly ... and when they subsequently repudiate their earlier statement for the sake of political expediency ... they simply assume their earlier statement will NOT be remembered - it just vanishes into thin air. Now, I know Democrats are congenitally STUPID ... and Paul Krugman even more so than your garden-variety Democrat ... BUT ... the infantile naivetÃ© of all Democrats notwithstanding ... the Internet is FOREVER.
