Dahlin' ... I believe "RT" is the standard acronym for "retweets."
Of course, "RT" is also the RT Television Network, which is the Russian state-controlled (i.e., Putin-controlled) international television network ... and since Maggie Haberman is a good lil' card-carrying Communist, like most of the Democrat leadership and media whores, she's highly attuned to that "RT," too.
