No doubt all of these cities and states are Democrat-controlled and are suffering extreme financial problems directly because of the Marxist policies of their Democrat masters. Yep, ol' Gropey Joe's solution will be for fiscally responsible Americans to bail out these ignorant, profligate Democrats ... to the point where they will continue to run their Democrat plantations like drunken sailors.

There are cities and states out there suffering financial problems through "no fault of their own". I suspect he went on to splain how it is the rest of us has to pay for it, but I turned his silly ass off.
