Not to be argumentative but the question begs how do we know that for sure?

I see articles stating that the TEST for the Covid is hit and miss with lots of false positives. The inventor himself even said it was not accurate.

So what exactly are we to believe ? I am NOT believing ANYTHING from the US Health people who are in bed with globalists who simply wantto take over our country and the world..

In fact, much of the drop in Covid's official mortality rate has been because the virus spreads so incredibly fast that far more people have it than first thought possible - which means that its death rate is also far lower than first believed. SARS-CoV-2 is very different from the flu - which is generally regarded as not easily transmitted.

A second point is that we're having a light flu season compared to normal. I don't think anyone, under any circumstances, could possibly say we're having a light Chinese Woo-Hoo Flu season "compared to normal." There is no normal for it, so there's no way to call the epidemic "light." However, it may be lighter than it would have been without masks. That's impossible to know. The best we can do is to compare ourselves to Sweden - where masks haven't been mandated. Data out of Sweden originally indicated that masks don't help... but that's less clear now. Swedish cases are again spiking.
