I'm looking at wreaths on Amazon and have concluded that I'm badly out of touch on what they cost. Some are close to $100! Even a wreath FORM (the frame on which you'd make your own) sells for $8.99.

Sorry micro. I still think it's nuts and a stupid waste of money. I'd much rather get a list of families of military dead and send THEM the fifteen bucks. I bet they'd prefer that too.

Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months

Re: “They are in need of sponsorships at $15.00 per wreath...”
Where are they getting these wreaths? Nordstroms? $15 per wreath strikes me as outrageous. Done in bulk and made out of tree trimmings, the cost should probably be something more like $1 per wreath. America's war dead total is in the ballpark of 1.3 million, so these wreaths cost 20 million dollars! They last a few weeks, are seen by very few people, and then get tossed. Not one of the dead soldiers enjoys them for even a second.

I think that's nuts ... not a good use of a whole lot of money ... and maybe even fraudulent. What does the organization behind this pay its managers and staff? Inquiring minds want to know.
