Yes I have. I have an electri CORDED blower that blows with darn near hurricane force wind. It works well on that powdery fluff . If ya can blow it and move it with yer mouth a blowoer will more than move it..
And its a lot easier to use than a snowblower .

WE got nothing from the winter storm except for a few snowflakes and zero accumulation..
Then again, the Mason Dixon lineis only ten miles south of me...

I knew the south was good for something.. It ain;t all bad.... lol!!!! (that was for Ribs)

It might work. In fact, one reason I'm not out there clearing snow is that I'm afraid gusts of wind will just replace whatever I clear. It'd be like clearing sand on a beach... in the area that the surf hits. Futile! The snow is that sugary. It'd make for some wonderful skiing, though.

You've experienced far more snow than I have. Have you ever tried using an air blower? The problem I expect I'd run into is that the blower would blow the snow 5 feet at which point it would have to be blown again - but this time there'd be twice as much! A snow blower shoots the stuff 25 to 40 feet. The snow would only need to be moved once.

Just a guess.

On The Weather Channel, they're saying that while the top stuff is light and fluffy, the bottom stuff is wet and heavy. That makes sense.

Did Winter Storm Gail affect you at all?
