...I dunno what the tv remote looks like. Mz ribit commandered it upon arrival. Im just glad that she knows how to operate it in such a manner that I can listen to one program and see the schedule of what I am missing on all the others. Otherwise I might be stuck just watching all of one program.

Another thing I dunno nothing about is the thermostat. I dunno where it is, much less what it looks like or how it works. Mz ribit takes care of all that as well.

She also takes over operatiional responsibility for the car radio as far a channel selection and volume are concerned. And since the heat/ac is right there close together she manages them for me as well. I always welcome her advice about how fast I should be going and what lane I should be in. When left to my own devices I never seem to get it right.

So, some guy posts this: Garage door opener mysteriously disappeared. My wife had her garage door remote mysteriously disappear after getting a tire fixed at Discount Tire. Not accusing any of the workers there. Just reminding everyone to treat gate, garage and home alarm remotes like valuables. I spent a lot of time this weekend zeroing out the opener and reprogramming new remotes just to be safe.

----------------------

and a reply comes in from another man (and I am still laughing):

And somehow your wife loosing the remote, will be your fault.

------------

I never really understood this male/female thingee. Must have just lucked out, imo.

But these type of problems seem to be pretty frequent!
