One day after a historic civil rights march by President Donald Trump’s supporters on the U.S. Capitol, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) is calling the participants “despicable terrorists” for opposing the vote steal and demonstrating their displeasure with tyranny in a manner in which the founding fathers would have approved.
Cruz made the despicable comment during a Twitter exchange with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) after she called for his resignation. He made the comment in a pathetic attempt to save face.
Big League Politics had reported on Cruz’s decision to challenge the electoral college certification in Congress, an effort that was ultimately fruitless and accomplished nothing other than to give Cruz a chance to posture:

At least some Senators recognize that the 2020 elections were filled with tons of irregularities and potential cases of mass fraud. America is a constitutional republic, but it’s system only works if both parties play according to the rules of the game.
Allowing fraud to occur only enables the Left to pull even larger cases of fraud further down the line. The GOP needs to step up and join these Senators in bringing some form of accountability to the 2020 elections before Joe Biden is installed as president on January 20.
Now that the globalist coup to oust President Trump from office illegally has seemingly been successful, Cruz is showing his true colors. Before it was politically advantageous for Cruz to support Trump, he derided Trump in the cruelest of terms.
“Donald, you’re a sniveling coward,” Cruz said in 2016 to the future president.
“He is proud of being a serial philanderer … he describes his own battles with venereal diseases as his own personal Vietnam,” Cruz said of Trump when he was his campaign rival.
“This man is a pathological liar, he doesn’t know the difference between truth and lies … in a pattern that is straight out of a psychology text book, he accuses everyone of lying,” Cruz said to reporters in 2016.
“Whatever lie he’s telling, at that minute he believes it … the man is utterly amoral,” Cruz added. “Donald is a bully … bullies don’t come from strength they come from weakness.”
It appears that Lyin’ Ted is making a return now that he senses that President Trump is in political trouble.
