and any others who fought in a war,
do you ever just get really bone weary and angry at a lot of these sniveling cowards who always seem to think they are somehow going to get hurt or stub a toe or something?
WHERE were these spineless twits when MOST American men went off to fight in horrific conditions in the Civil War, World Wars 1 and 2, Korea, Vietnam, and the MIddle East where you can often times not even see or recognize who the enemy is that wants to not only kill you, but torture you in the worst way possible as well??
I just want to go drag these sniveling bastions of
brevity onto a battlefield with live rounds whizzing and mortars exploding and real soldiers trying to kill you..
I guess they would wee wee their pants and cry...
But almost ALL of us didn't have a choice but to go and fight whether we wanted to or not. I signed up. Like you. The vast majority who went, fought, and were wounded or killed did not. But they went and died with honor on the field of battle.
My blood just boils at politicians on both sides of the aisle pretending they are afraid. They have no concept or real idea of what a real fight is and why then they might experience some fear.
THAT is where the PEACE and GRACE of GOD came in for me and many others.
Golly I despise politicans... I like used car salesmen more than them.. That's pretty bad...
