I agree with those that have been mentioned. I do believe that one of DJT's greatest strengths as POTUS was that he was not a politician - an outsider from the political establishment - which is a big reason why they hated him so much. Another person within the political world that might make a very good candidate for 2024 is Florida governor Ron DeSantis.

Re: “WHO is a GREAT candidate to run and win in 4 years? Choose who you think might make a GREAT President with Balls of steel like Trump had but with more control. ...
Not a politician is best qualification. ”
I saw your question and immediately had two responses in mind. Then you said them both! First, NOT A POLITICIAN. That's what makes Donald Trump both so good and also so reviled. Being a politician equates to being OWNED. It simply isn't possible in today's America to advance in the political arena without coming under the thumb of special interest groups. Therefore, whoever it is shouldn't be a politician. But who? It's got to be someone who is self-made. Not necessarily a billionaire, but wealthy enough that he'd be hard to bribe.Re: “I like Donald Trump JR.”That was my second thought, and you beat me to it again. But I'm not a huge fan of the President's son... I don't know much about his positions... and I also detest political dynasties à la The Kennedys, the Bushes, the Clintons, the Giffords, the McCains and, (God forbid), the Obamas. Having one great leader in a family is unusual. Having several is very, very unlikely. For instance, I like Rand Paul but I don't put him in the same class as his dad.

So I'm going to think of someone else.

If he weren't dying, RUSH LIMBAUGH would be my top choice. I just love the guy, his brilliance and articulation. But he has skeletons in his background (who doesn't?), and of course he is terminally ill. I listened to him a bit on Friday and was struck by how weak his voice has gotten. Sad.

Who else? How about Ben Shapiro? He's young and Harvard educated, and those are both negatives. But he's as smart as a whip, a very quick thinker, admired and followed by America's youth, and as articulate as anyone out there. I don't agree with him on everything, and I don't even know all of his policies, but I think he might be a good choice for the future.
