Re: “Thanks for some fond memories De !!”
I'm glad it's bringing back the memories. I'll post more of these in the future.

I particularly enjoy seeing songs and groups that have nearly been forgotten. When's the last time you thought about Vanity Fare or Leapy Lee? Many songs that didn't go to #1 were still GREAT songs. (Not anything by Leapy Lee, though!) But because they only hit #3 or #12, no radio stations have played them in ages.

Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months

I have a lot of those on MP3 digital format. Classical Gas is my favoorite. Crank up the sub woofers and the tweeters and mid range speakers and listen to the best guitar music ever played ona twelve string guitar...
I have all of GAry Pucketts songs, Beach Boys, Simon and Garfunkel, Many Beatles, some BeeGees, Rolling Stones, Association, 4 seasons, and Procol Harum. To name a few.

I guiess I could include Raiders, Turtles, Beatles, Tommy James and Shondells, Riightous Brothers, Four Tops, and a few more but those were imo the golden years of creativity and songs. Ribs was older than me back then so he can go back into the fifites with musicians likely easily.

I can hear a lot of those songs in my head.

Thanks for some fond memories De !!
