1) do not PAY them. If the teachers do not get paychecks, they can't pay their union dues;
2) take away all of their bennies - ALL of them;
3) if a teacher has underlying conditions, get a note from a physician stating what is wrong with you;
4) all other teachers must report to work in 48 hours;
5) no-shows? TERMINATED.
6) start interviews for new teachers;
