Not to diminish the fact that lung cancer is a horrible way to die (one of my wife's aunts and one of my uncles died of lung cancer and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy) it was more than a bit ironic that the 'Cigar Aficionado' magazine published a tribute to Rush Limbaugh today acknowledging him as having always been a connoisseur of fine cigars and that he was “a giant among cigar smokers”. While the tribute was well written and showed respect for Limbaugh and his life's work, it left out one little detail that might not have sat to well with their reading audience, the fact that Rush Limbaugh had died of lung cancer.
