Nope, the blackouts haven't hit us. All I can assume is that we are in a grid with some essential location(s) they feel they cannot shut down.

Sounds as though your house could be on a grid that houses the nymphomaniac center where you work part-time. It seems like an essential service, dunno!

Watching the news, it looks horrendous. I think you go up into the 70's next week, though.
