Romney to introduce an amendment to the Democrats’ $1.9 trillion stimulus proposal.
Romney’s proposal, the Family Security Act,
adds an ongoing child benefits payment plan to be
paid out on a yearly basis going forward indefinitely.
The proposal provides $4,200 per year for children up to the age of 6 and $3,000 per year for children aged 6 to 17.
In December, Romney rejected Trump’s $500 billion stimulus plan saying it was to expensive.
