Well, the initial recommendations from the WHO and CDC(Redfield/Fauci), were unconscionable for an airborne virus. Trump knew it, and instead opened his mouth and let out even more shit. It was a disaster.

and think of the hospitals, doctors & nurses, OMG

we would've lost many of them as they tried to treat the sick, and where would we put them, the hospitals were already bursting at the seams.
