I never said the cop killed Floyd. I never implied the cop killed Floyd..
I did say I wish the cop did not put his foot on Floyd's neck for NINE minutes...

IF he was restrained without a foot on his neck, and he was down with three other cops right there, why was there a need to do that? IT looks really bad and gives a really bad impression.

We all know he was higher than kite on whatever cocktail of drugs he gulped and ultimately died from.. But the APPEARANCE of a boot on someones neck who is already DOWN while under the influence of drugs and stating loudly enough to be heard that he had difficulty breathing, should have been enough to let up on his neck as the rest of him was down...

So, again, I say, I wish the cop did not put and KEEP his foot on his neck..

I am not implying guilt one way or another.. The OPTICS are BAD...

Thumbs Up Very Happy

Micro > I also do not believe that the cop shoulda had his knee on Floyd's neck all that time though....

I have an observation, followed by a question Boss.

1.) For what would the cop have wanted to kill
Floyd? The paperwork alone ought to have been
enough to dissuade him. And, given the prevalence
of cell phone cameras . . . I doubt the cop had any
intention of inflicting bodily harm on Floyd.

Now, what other factors could have caused the cop to
hold Floyd down in the manner he was holding him?
We know Floyd was saying he could not breathe. If
one has a suspect who claims he can't breathe, does
one lay the perp flat on his back? Or try to hold
him such that if the problem is something in the
airway it might get hacked out?

I'd like to give the cop the benefit of the doubt.

And, given that the first 'cause of death' was not
asphyxiation . . . (Followed by a member of the lying
media scum brigades claiming Floyd was asphyxiated
followed by the autopsy report which stated that Floyd
died of a fentanyl overdose... - not asphyxiation. .)

Like I said, I see no upside to the cop killing the guy.

Zim.
