It's amazing how the people over at Faux News, and their Republican minions in Congress, are beating the drum over the idea that Biden has thrown the borders open. They can't seem to understand that you can't call it an 'open border' when over 72% of the people illegally crossing the border are being sent back. The rest are being held until their asylum status has been resolved. And of course, unaccompanied minors who have arrived in this country, particularly if at least one parent is currently already in the US, they will not be sent back until their status is rationalized as well, but is they're adults and then can't make a case for asylum or they have no family already here, they're being sent back, almost immediately. This is not what an 'open border' would look or feel like.
