(This does not jibe with the photos of 2019 mass shooters just posted here! - De)

I believe this will turn on the criteria used to define "mass shooting." If it is defined by the shooting of 4 or more people, then this author's number is too low ... 'cuz shootings of 4 or more people happen all the time in the Democrat Plantation of Chicago.
