I am almost willing to bet that video is likely in possession , at least a copy of it, of defense team lawyers. Like any good thing, only show it and use it if ya have to. Let's see how this charade plays out. I assume it was the DA office that charged the policeman with killing Floyd.
Any rational person who is exposed to all the material evidece of Floyd and his known drug abuse would know that was what actually lead to his respiration issue and death.
It is UNFORTUNATE and STUPID that this cop continued to keep his knee on the neck of a person who is down already and stating he canot breath.
That cop is his own worst enemy...
That said, my opinion of most cops is somewhere around a pile of dog crap.
Almost all here in my township are pretty much useless and like all else, leadership begins from the TOP, so they are just following a bad example..
Its unfortunate. I do hope the defense gets this poor idiot out of a murder charge and in fact no charges at all. They are of his own making so I dont have too much sympathy for him. No, he did not kill Floyd.
The adage a picture is worth a thousand words comes into play here, as well as audio /video of Floyd virtually begging the cop to get his damn knee off his neck...
Stupid is as stupid does... This is why I am not a fan of that officer... He should not be facing murder charges. I do think he had no business keeping a knee on a down on the ground suspect who is already held down by two other cops and the suspect is asphyxiating and telling him as much.. what a big man...
I would like to put my boot on that cops neck for a long time..and my weight. Let's see how he likes it...
