Yep, we've heard it many times, along with other infamous lines like, "we're going to balance the budget" and blah blah.

I don't have high hopes. Do you?

Maybe if he spent all the dough on TRUE INFRASTRUCTURE, then perhaps we would see some improvements.

This is really the Green New Deal and LOTS and LOTS of welfare.

You know through many presidencies, they have talked about fixing our roads and bridges BUT NADA, nothing to date. I hope dumbo can pull this one off, LOL
