First off he said he dad had it running last year bullchit. I took the carb off and the bowl was half full with the sugar that is left behind when ethanol gas evaporates. Cleaned all the out and it fired right up. THEN,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I noticed it didnt shift. hmmm I took the whole lower end off and he tried to put a new water pump in. WELL when he pulled the lower the shaft stayed in the motor. Not suppose to, when that happened he pulled the shaft off the lower pinion gear in the drive part, then he just tried putting it back together to sell it. So when he couldnt get the lower back in the leg he just moved the water pickup tube over to the other side and hooked it up to the shift linkage haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa HOW in the hell can one shift it with the water tube bolted to the shift linkage. MAN that was a first.....
