Well, problem is, I do seem to recall that an expert witness for the prosecution admitted during testimony that Chauvin did NOT have his knee on Floyd's neck the whole time. In fact, I believe he testified the video indicates that, for the most part, Chauvin had his knee on Floyd's shoulder blades, while he was holding him down.

Did Chauvin use excessive force? It shouldn't be hard to figure out the hold's typical duration.
