Understood.

Folks are not meant to put employees to private tasks, but there are grey areas and you can lose good judges if you aren't careful.

I am worried about this world in which people use a word and lose a career. If she exhibited hatred for black people, I'd say, definitely lose your job. But words can be used differently.

If you ban the use of words we find rude, you end up without Huckleberry Finn. I'd rather have Huckleberry Finn than all of the millions of people that cry victim over nothing.

I think this played a bigger role in her leaving & my saying good riddance, that's why I colored it red.

Pompeo & his wife pulled the same entitlement BS, I'm sick of it.

and asked employees to do personal tasks for her during work hours.
