They killed him, his crime, he was drunk!

A California man was pinned facedown by police. His death draws comparisons to George Floyd.
As the Gonzalez family gathered for their mother's 45th birthday in April, her eldest son, Mario Gonzalez, died in police custody after officers in Alameda County, California, pinned him facedown on the ground for five minutes while responding to a 911 call that he appeared to be drunk in a park.

The Gonzalez family and its attorney said his death is eerily similar to that of George Floyd. "These Alameda police officers killed Mario literally while the jury was debating Derek Chauvin's murder charges," the family’s attorney said, adding that there is an epidemic of police restraining people in a way equivalent to drowning them on dry land.
