President Joe Biden on Wednesday announced another massive spending progressive bill, his $1.8 trillion American Family Plan, which will increase access to community college and preschool, as well as child care and healthcare for families, financed largely by tax increases on wealthy Americans.
Biden’s new project is his third major legislative package. It will link $1 trillion in spending with $800 billion in tax cuts and credits for middle- and lower-income families.
