Those titles they were given are for non-political services on behalf of the UK. They were not earned on merit and weren't given for being an American couple. It's no shame to be American. But why be American and retain a foreign title?
The two of them are ambitious woke warriors. Let them stand on the same ground as other people with political opinions to express. As commoners. It will do them good not to feel that they are somehow elevated, while serving no royal purpose.
I confess an interest. I want them out of the UK papers. So sick of them taking headlines for their vapid, often hypocritical ideas and endless victim claims.
