My guess this inflation is a blip. Two reasons.

1. Getting supply chains going again is going to be tricky. There will be international raw materials shortages. Some suppliers will have gone belly up. So that will create scarcity.

2. Biden has primed the pump, so there's a lot of money floating around looking for things to buy. So that means there's excess demand.

These things will work there way through the system. Meanwhile, scarce supply and excess demand will create higher prices for goods.

Also, it may take a little while to match people with jobs, which means there will be a little bit of wage inflation too. Again, temporary problem.

Inflation & having difficulty finding employees.

Truck drivers needed, because they are scarce it costs $36,000 more for lumber to build a house!

As for inflation, the government sent checks to help people, they are spending it.
I think we are in for a bit more, especially after Colonial Pipeline was hacked causing panic & shortages.

We are going to have some numbers coming out this morning, lets see what they forecast.

Catch this, and DeWine is a republican ;)
