I feel sorry for you.

Arguing with Bananarepublicans is a non-serious discussion. There's no point in having conversations about the daily detail with people that have no integrity and are thick as mud. They are dishonest and encouraged the events on 6th January, so of course they don't want a commission which will demonstrate it.

What you want is an intellectually-viable, democratic, right-of-centre party. You don't have one. Until you do, Dems have to have the political arguments internally.

Do Dems think there ought to be a commission? Yes. So just do it. Forget what the SOP think.
