Each and every day the mainstream media make it abundantly clear that they exist to help cushion the blow for Democrats, and today the Washington Post has gone above and beyond the call of water-carrying duty:

The Washington Post ~ Biden’s typical day reveals a creature of habit, eager to escape the Washington bubble and determined to stay in touch with his family.

There’s a whole lotta puff in that piece, starting with “eager to escape the DC bubble”:

tsar becket adams ~ Yes, the six-term U.S. Senator and two-term vice president who ran three times for president is just itching to "escape the Washington bubble."

Schadenfreudelish ~ So eager to escape the bubble he lived in for 47 years, that he ran for Prez.

Well it’s not like the WaPo had anything else Biden-related to focus on.

Brenden Montry ~ The border is swamped, the value of the dollar is plummeting, Israel nearly went to war because of disastrous foreign policy, commerce is coming to a grinding halt, and this is what WaPo is saying.

A “thank you” note from the White House is no doubt in the mail!

Cruadin ~ Siri, can you give me an example of "sycophantic", "obsequious", and "puff piece" in one sentence?

MJ ~ Lol. The differences in journalism from one President to the next are just hilarious.

They couldn’t make it more obvious.
