Here I thoughtthe new effort was simply going to be to PAY the criminals to not be violent. Shoot citizens nicely and politely while burning their business or home down...

I am sure that will work when nothing else... Garland just entered a whole new universe of stupid... Just when ya didn't think it could any mmore idiotic, he proves us wrong again..

...what that means is that the democrat run cities which are over run with violent crime will be getting more money from the feds. Here's the question of the day. Why would they want to end violent crime and lose the blank check from Garland? What we are doing here is funding crime.
