1. He should NOT have choked his wife - period.
2. He should not have pushed or hit his wife - unless it was in self-defense from her attacks.
3. The article says the root cause of the argument was "infidelity" - whose???
4. And lastly, I found one thread running through the whole article to be quite amazing ... she seemed to be most distraught about the fact that he took her cell phones. She was on a phone to the 911 dispatcher, so she obviously did not need her cell phones to call for help. These days, it seems that many people believe their cell phones are indispensable to their very existence. Mrs. Ozuna, don't be such a complete moron ... forget about your stupid cell phones ... quit trying to take them away from your irate husband ... stay on the line to 911 and find a place where you can lock yourself away until the police arrive.
