A hacker tried to poison a California water supply. It was as easy as entering a password.
"If you could imagine a community center run by two old guys who are plumbers, that's your average water plant."

Of all America's critical infrastructure, water might be the most vulnerable to hackers, and a previously unreported attempt to poison one of the country's 50,000 drinking water facilities shows why. All the hacker needed was an employee’s username and password — and 11 of them were up for grabs on the dark web.
