EU loses legal battle against AstraZeneca

Great news.

Big bully EU wanted to damage the reputation of the big pharma company heroically doing its COVID vaccines on a not-for-profit basis.

Why? Because it's British.

So who is damaged now?

The EU. Any sentient being can see what a monstrous organisation they are. They didn't make orders until it was too late to get advantageous terms. And they just couldn't stand it. So now they have lost twice. Once in contract terms. And once in court.

Next time around, if I am a drug company, I would be careful about signing any contract with the EU. It may not be worth it.
