I just called SSA and the first time I called I was on hold for 55 minutes and they HUNG up on me. I just called today and got a rep in 5 seconds. Then he says hello can I help you. I start giving him my info and he says , HELLO CAN YOU HEAR ME, Im screaming yes yes, ARE YOU STILL THERE, I said yes yes then I said OH GOD here we go again. Then this agent comes back on , I was just missing with you, how can I help you. I said WTF, you were messing with me????????????????????? This is not a good start. Unreal......... I would put LOL, but it is not a laughing matter.......
