but is longsuffering to us-ward,

not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

GOD is PATIENT (longsuffering). HE will wait and patiently try to draw all men untio himself so that they might live eternally with HIM. HE desires us, HIS creation created to be similar to him, to spend eternity with HIM and to have fellowship with us. For HIS PLEASURE HE created us... He wants everyone to come to HIM for salvation thru HIS SON Jesus Christ and spend eternity with HIM !!
