As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.
The WORDS of GOD too unbelievers are difficult to understand what is being said because they do not possess the Holy Spirit who illuminates theheart and mind of belieevrs to give them understanding of the Holy Scriptures so consequently, it is impossible for Christ rejectors to comprehend the very words which HE and meanings of these prophecetic passages.. They are stil at ENMITY (war) with GOD because they ghave not repented of their sins.
