The indictment over paying his grandchildren's school fees is the one where it looks very clear that he is cheating on his taxes.

That's a shame. I thought Weissselberg was going to turn out to be a scrupulous guy in a dark environment, unfairly targetted. But a company paying school fees has no good business-related explanation.

On the other hand, maybe Trump was the one who made that payment. and Weisselberg was the recipient. So not the actual perpetrator.
