All repairs done. Spent 10 hours. All connections have been glued and screwed. Just need to do cosmetics on the railings now. I will have so much time into this one like the last. I enjoy doing this. Livingstons are just work. LOL.
I dug out most of the transom wood. There was a family of carpenter ants in it. I put the heat to it to dry it out and the queen bitch come flying out LOL.......

Its pretty rough right now,,,,,,,,but all the wood inside the boat is original Teak. I will use that to make the lumber to fix the broken grab rails then build my own Cool seats with oak and mahogany..
I am hoping it looks better then the last one I redid..
