This is another thing I don't like about US justice. They are going to charge her with any number of things, so she goes to jail or has her life ruined whatever the outcome of the underage sex trial.
US justice is incredibly vindictive and not a place that demonstrates a pattern of, er, justice.
Try her for the things she did. But she wasn't the person who let the real baddie strike a great deal for himself in the first place and then commit suicide when it was revealed. That was the US Justice department. They should use the mirror, apologise for their errors and recognise that their self-importance and excessive aggression and extortion model are part of their problem.
