Reports of death after COVID-19 vaccination are rare. More than 324 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines were administered in the United States from December 14, 2020, through June 28, 2021. During this time, VAERS received 5,718 reports of death (0.0018%) among people who received a COVID-19 vaccine.

The above is from a blurb and is attributed to the CDC.
324 Million doses . . . does not compute except as two doses per patient. Which suggests that their .0018% is likely also in error.
However, the 5,718 reports of death is a long ways short of the 25,000 cited by Nemo's favorite whack job site.
And I would like to say that I find 5,718 deaths to be a lot for a 'safe' vaccine.
