Hiya Micro.
I'm thinking I saw two slots in there - one longer
one which I agree would be a normal PCI slot. I was
looking at that short one. And I'm thinking De mentioned
a 'PCIe x1' and I remember seeing PCIEX or some such
just off the end of the short slot.

This is interesting. I just pulled a little computer
out from under my bench. . and it does not have a 'normal
length' PCI slot. It has three of those little short
slots. Labeled X1PCIEXP followed by a 1, 2, or 3. It
also has a graphics card slot with the little tab on
the end for ensuring the graphics card can not escape.
This graphics card has a total of three different video
ports on it. (Two on the card itself, and one on a
little cover plate.) Also, this computer is about half
the height of a normal desk top computer. One sweet box.

(The box is an HP Pro-Desk with an Intel core-5 processor.)

Hi Zim!

I think that is just a PCI slot, not an express after looking at it more closely. The length is the giveaway of the slot as the "express slots" came after the PCI and are more powerful than the pci but inless it is a PCI xpres x 16 which has a rear tang keeper at the end, and I do not see that on this motherboard, I do see a cable going to something, imo its not likely an X16 slot. WHat do you think?
