No better time then the present. I created my stomach problem and I will fix it. I was coughing so hard not a wonder my stomach tried coming out of my body.....
I ate normally today and it was smooth sailing. I have read our lungs are very good at healing itself, IF one stops smoking........

you prolly would not like to see an up close picture of the inside of yer lungs Nemo. If ya are down to five a day, just stop. Ya can live without it and ya might have a chance to not get Lung cancer. My best friend died from that. It was long and I watched him become emaciated and he fionally drowned in his own fluids. It wasn't pretty.
