The most positive construction is to say that everyone's had a chance to get vaccinated. And those that have taken advantage will form a large, nearly immune bloc.
The others will spread it more, will die a lot more, and those who survive will add to America's herd immunity.
Because you have nearly 50% of the country vaccinated, your mortality rate will be a lot lower. It's hard to generate much sympathy for people who choose exposure.
