Not much movement. Bermuda is top. Australia is 9th. Japan is 17th. Britain in 24th. US in 32nd.

We're going to need a larger number of sports if we're going to catch Australia in the 10m+ contest.

Britain thinks it is doing well at these Olympics, but we are only in 26th on the per capita table. We have no chance of catching Bermuda at the top. But in the class of countries with more than 10m people, we have a chance of overhauling Australia (top, but in 9th overall) and Japan (18th) once swimming, martial arts and gymnastics cease being dominant. The US is in 31st, also in the hunt.
