I can only wonder how old the foundation of that highway actually was. And it appears it is going over top of a stream? Hmmmmmm. There are good cicl engineers and NOT so good ones. Looks like a not so goodo ne designed this mess with no forethought especially where there is a stream involved. I guess they never thought that every now and then over time large storms and downpours will erode away the foundations???
